However, we noticed that Dialogic HMP 3.0 is ignoring these OPTIONS messages and does not send any response. Could you please advise: Is there a supported way in Dialogic HMP 3.0 to automatically respond to SIP OPTIONS messages? SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/20/2026 10:22 PM Can you please post the VoiceGuide and WireShark traces capturing the system startup and the OPTIONS messages. We can then see what is happening on the system and advise. VoiceGuide traces are in VoiceGuide's /log/ subdirectory. SECURITY_NOTE: Please change the password used on the SIP account after posting any WireShark traces that capture SIP registrations or call authentications. Otherwise, if password is too simple, it can be cracked from the posted WireShark trace. If other parties crack your password then they may be able to start making calls through your account, which can result in large call charges on your SIP account. Share this post Link to post
